Our Story
Simmons Partnership was founded by Wayne Simmons in 2004, with a vision to create an accounting practice built on trust, integrity, and long-term client relationships. With over 35 years of industry experience, Wayne continues to lead the firm today, alongside partners Joel Sweeting and Lauren Arthur, who each bring more than two decades of expertise.
The leadership team combines technical knowledge with a practical, people-first approach, offering clients easy-to-understand answers, ongoing support, and guidance through all stages of life and business.
